Job Description
Close communication with all stakeholders, ensure value streams to confirm scope, facilitate design discussions, and ensure individual participation.
Monitor and control the daily process, even organize on site operation.
Ensure production meets the schedule/specification.
Responsible for general administration tasks within the office environment.
Handle any ad hoc projects assigned.
Direct report to Project Manager.
Requirement:
Minimum 2 years working experience in a project operation role.
Own validity driving licenses 1, 2 is preferable.
Good interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, multi-task, can-do attitude and take up new challenges, transparency and efficiency.
Immediate availability is preferred.
