We currently have an exciting position for you to take your first step into leadership! In this role, you will be working 3 days per week as a Nightfill Team Member, and 2 days per day week as a Nightfill (Availability) 2IC.
As the Availability 2IC, you will assist with presentation, merchandising, restocking and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers. There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well stocked and look their best and this takes quality leadership. In this role, you will work closely with the Availability Manager and be responsible for stock availability, the execution of the Managers Trading Plan, and the Nightfill Team.
As a Nightfill Team Member, you will be responsible for helping to clear product deliveries from the stockroom and display it on the shop floor. Some of the areas in our stores have a planogram to follow so your excellent attention to detail and ability to follow plans and instructions is important.
This is a permanent position covering the following shifts:
- Tuesday-Thursday 7:00pm - 11:00pm Nightfill Team Member
- Friday & Saturday 2:30pm - 11:00pm Availability (Nightfill) 2IC
The rate for this role is $22.70 per hour for the Team Member shifts, and $25.70 per hour for the 2IC shifts - plus epic team discount card!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Drive and urgency
- The ability to interpret and execute plans
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership experience or attributes
