Meeting Coordinator
Rate: $38-$44/hour on a W2, 1 year contract, Fully Remote
Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years' experience delivering consulting services to global technology leaders, is seeking a Meeting Coordinator to support a series of sales trainings across the United States.
The Meeting Coordinator will remotely support meeting logistics for 5 - 9 weeks of sales training that is delivered to sales employees each quarter under the guidance of the Training Program Manager. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently on tasks provided.
This consultant will support real-time meeting logistics exclusively for trainings across the United States beginning in June 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time training logistic support during in-person trainings. Including:
- Support needs of the US based Facilitator(s) either in the moment or through out their training days
- Coordinate with technical support/AV teams as needed for day-of support
- Handling all day-of requests
- Troubleshooting (ex: contacting Lobby Ambassador if an attendee forgot their badge)
- Support the Training Program Manager on delivery-specific tasks to support large-scale, in-person trainings. Including:
- Assist with details and support for invitation process
- Researching and reserving conference rooms to accommodate different audience sizes on the client's campus
- Coordinating specific room set up requests
- Being a single point of contact for organizations/groups supporting the large-scale trainings
- Booking Catering for campus deliveries and accommodating dietary requirements of attendees
- Working with Lobby Ambassadors on the campus and other building staff to support training attendees
- Assist campus Facilitators and actively work with them in their time zone for any needs/requests
- Locate building-specific maps and distribute as needed
- Take action items and chase down as needed to resolution

- Adequate knowledge of learning management systems

Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in training/event logistics and project coordination

Ability and willingness to work across US time zones.
- Tuesday through Friday for Live Training weeks beginning at 7 am (PDT/MDT/CDT/EDT)
- Non Live Training days will be standard 9 am - 5 pm local assigned region business work hours
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
