Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer support through inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Utilize technical knowledge to provide help desk support and troubleshoot technical issues for end-users.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Requirements:
- 3+ yearsof experience in call center support, demonstrating proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- 1 yearof experience in technical help desk support, with a solid understanding of IT troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
