Are you a student looking for an internship in a Machinery & Equipment department?
The internship we offer will take place in the Machinery & Equipment department in Brussels. The tasks will consist of :
- Implement a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for the equipment of one of our projects (marine and land environment).
- Update the equipment database in the existing CMMS system.
- Develop preventive (periodic) maintenance plans for equipment according to the instructions in the maintenance manuals.
- List the spare parts and consumables required to perform this maintenance.
- Automate the creation of work orders related to this maintenance for the workshop manager and his team.
- Develop a monthly report structure including the maintenance costs of each equipment (Spare parts, Consumables, Labour).
- Master the use of the CMMS application (AQ MANAGER), identify its limitations and propose ways to optimize its use and/or an alternative.
