전문적인 아웃바운드 영업 기술과 당사의 디지털 마케팅 조직을 활용하여 우리의 목표는 한국의 다양한 산업 분야에서 잠재 고객을 찾고, 조사, 접촉 및 검증하여 영업팀과의 기회를 만들어 내는 것입니다. 대상 산업에는 에너지 발전, 석유 가스, 운송, 건설, 엔지니어링이 포함됩니다.
탁월한 한국어 능력, 새로운 비즈니스 발굴 및 아웃바운드 세일즈 능력을 갖춘 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 분야(SaaS, 서브스크립션 세일즈, Permanent Sales)의 경험 많은 SDR(Lead Generation and Sales Development Represent)에게 특별한 기회입니다.

Main Activities(주요 업무 영역)

  • Hexagon ALI Pipeline과 Growth를 촉진하기 위해 한국 시장 전반에 걸친 아웃바운드 리드 생성
  • 팀원들과 협업하고 이를 활용하여 목표 목록, 상담 전략 및 메시징을 개발하여 기회를 창출합니다.
  • 업계 지식을 활용하여 고객을 찾고, 주요 관계자를 파악하며, 관심을 유발하고, 매력적인 이벤트를 발견합니다.
  • 콜드 콜, 이메일, 마케팅 캠페인, 소셜 세일즈를 통해 주로 기업에 대한 아웃바운드 탐색합니다. (제한된 인바운드 포함).
  • 현장 영업 회의 예약 및 준비
  • 모든 활동 관리, 확인 및 보고

  • 적절한 회의 예약 목표 수 달성
  • 영업 조직 회의, 정보 및 문서의 긍정적인 피드백
  • 합의된 영업 개발 프로세스 준수

  • 할당된 영역 또는 세그먼트에서 고객 발굴 및 획득
  • SDR 프로세스에 따라 현장 영업을 위한 미팅 마련

  • Outbound lead generation across Korean market to fuel Hexagon ALI Pipeline and Growth.
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to research & develop accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and identify compelling events.
  • Predominately outbound prospecting (with limited inbound) to companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, social selling.
  • High-level discovery and educational conversations using BANT Methodology
  • Book meetings for Field Sales and prepare for handover
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities
자격요건:
Experience in lead qualification, lead nurturing, lead generation and appointment setting
Strong communication skills, particularly on the phone, email and social media platform
Proactive and comfortable with cold calling
Good internet research skills
Native Korean language capability, with some fluency in English
Tenacious and coachable
Good team player and willingness to collaborate

We are looking for motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our innovative and respected sales development team. Based in Seoul, Korea (or remote via Singapore) and reporting to the Regional Sales Development Manager, you will work as the most senior and experienced team member in the Korean region to identify, research and approach customers in target industries.

Utilising your expert outbound sales skills and leveraging our established digital marketing organisation, our goal is to identify, research, contact and qualify prospects in across various industries in Korea with the primary goal of booking a meeting for our Field Sales Team. Target industries include Energy Generation, Oil & Gas, Transport, Construction and Engineering.

This position is a unique opportunity for an experienced Lead Generation and Sales Development Representative (SDR) from the computer software sector (i.e. SaaS, Subscription Sales, Perpetual Sales), with exceptional Korean language skills, new business prospecting and outbound sales skills.
