REQUIREMENTS:
1. Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
2. Current board certification as a licensed Family Medicine Internist with the State of Georgia.
3. Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA), American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI), or the Military Training Network (MTN).
