Client / Project related tasks:
- Create quality measurements to track improvement in process
- Execute quality improvement testing and activities
- Adhere to industry quality standards
- Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
- Work closely with the operations team to improve existing process
- Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
Team related tasks:
- Coaches team members who need improvement on quality
- Prepares training needs analysis for every team member with a suitable action-plan and conducts monthly refreshers and skills assessments.
- Works as a team with other leaders providing assistance and seeking support wherever required.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in the same role
- Must have good verbal communication skills
- Must have basic knowledge of google sheets and google form
- Must be able to multitask and move at a quick pace
- At least a high school graduate or college undergrad

Salary: From Php17,000.00 per month
