Our Front Desk Concierges are a super critical part of the BlinkBar team. As the “face” of the brand; they are the first (and last) point of contact for our amazing clients. We rely on them to help make the BlinkBar brand shine.

The ideal Front Desk Concierge is someone that has a laser-focused attention to detail, magnetic personality, is a natural problem-solver, and can roll with the punches – always presenting themselves with the highest level of maturity, self-worth, and professional grace. Keeping crazy-close track of appointments is an absolute must. This role is perfect for someone who is an ambitious multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and just has that certain “something.” We rely on our Front Desk Concierge to deliver impeccable customer service with a smile —it’s what keeps our customers coming back for drop-dead gorgeous lashes again and again (and again).

General Job Duties:

  • Greets clients when they arrive. Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor, even when interacting with challenging customers. Ensure that their experience – from initial booking through the appointment time – is of the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Answer phones within the first two rings. Always speaking with a friendly, calm voice.
  • Handle transactions regarding booking appointments, client experience on-site, and credit card and cash transactions.
  • Interact in a supportive way with lash technicians.
  • Maintain salon appearance, including light cleaning and stocking of lobby, bathrooms, and breakrooms.
  • Various reporting tasks (such as the closing report, tech feedback, and inventory).
  • Administrative tasks at the request of management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year comparable experience, preferably in a retail, salon, or customer service environment.
  • An amazing personal presence; radiates calm confidence and can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and good with promoting Blinkbar packages, memberships, and product offerings.
  • Available for evening and weekend shifts.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, confidence, and judgment. An ability to deescalate challenging situations.
  • Takes initiative and solutions oriented. Knows what to handle on their own, and when to reach out for support or direction.
  • Very good communicator, both in speaking and writing.
  • Punctual and reliable. Accountable.
  • Able to work with Blinkbar’s various systems for client booking and staff/tech communications. Other basic general word and spreadsheet processing skills may also be required.
  • Presents a professional image; always dressed appropriately according to Blinkbar standards.
  • Experience in a fast-paced service environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
