Job Description
- Represent Doka’s commercial interests at any given time
- Understanding of client’s commercial processes
- Daily reporting of priorities to management and coordination with the sales team
- Submission of invoices and clarification of all related concerns including L/C business and related paperwork
- Daily follow-up of payments including reminders to avoid any delays
- Earliest possible finalization of settlements
- Immediate escalation to Sales/ Management in case of any issues beyond your area of influence
- Organize daily routine including setting up meetings and appointments in an autonomous and transparent matter
- Deliver/ ensure delivery of invoices to clients
- Collect payments/ receive payments
- Daily update of all involved persons on current issues
- Commercial/ accounting qualification
- Understanding of commercial processes within the construction industry
- Oman Driving License
- Proficient in English/Arabic
- Excellent negotiation/ communication skills
- MS Office knowledge
