Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1. 负责SMT设备的生产运转，及时处理设备及品质异常，提升线体整体稼动率；
2. 负责设备日常维护、保养，确保设备状态良好，提升单台设备良率;
3. 负责设备常用备件统计和申购工作；
4. 负责工艺改进方案的导入和效果跟踪；
岗位要求：
1. 5年以上SMT设备相关工作经验,有团队管理工作经验者优先；
2. 大专及以上学历，材料、机械或电子专业优先；
3. 熟悉CAD图纸优先。
