Job Description and Qualifications

Job responsibility:
Responsible for growth and new customer acquisition in the Gas retail market. These people will be responsible for actively making sales calls, promoting business model as a more economical, safer and more convenient mode of supply to existing potential customers, and secure sales contracts in a fast, effective and disciplined manner. To plan, organize, and carries out sales effort in the assigned geographic area. Manage existing customer and develop new business, achieve company sales target, and extend Air Products market share.

Nature and Scope

100% times spent on the visiting account and execute all kinds of action as below.

Sign new standard Contract with customers to achieve personal sales target Work with inside sales team to do the margin enhancement such as MTOP, PIP and delivery charge.

Leading the account defensive action when the competitors are approaching our existing accounts.

Provide the solution for engineering service to existing accounts such as the pipeline extension, tank removal and relocation, telemetry installation.

Solve customer dispute face to face.

Collect feedback from customers and work with internal function such as inside sales, supply chain execution and CSL to improve the service to customers. Grasp the new signing from existing accounts.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position is accountable for the following end results:

1,Work safely every day and safeguard property within established procedures

2,Meet or exceed assigned revenue and profit targets

3,Execute on new account initiation according to the set targets

4,Maintain daily call ratio at or above 5 per day

5,Update and stay active in CRM tool on daily basis

6,Keep a good teamwork spirit

7,Any other duties as assigned.

8,To make good winning and market share in the area, implement company strategy and achieve performance targets.


QUALIFICATIONS

1,Entry level position with minimum 2 years sales experience,4 years Bachelor degree from accredited university preferred.

2,Competent computer skills in Microsoft office and emails, driving skill is mandatory.

3,Ability to work independently with excellent communication and learning skills,Strong written and oral presentation skills, including spoken and written fluency in Chinese and 4,English.

5,Must be a creative, organized, proactive self-starter to develop, plan, win support, and implement sales strategy with limited guidance.

6,Ability to achieve goals through individual who are using sales skill with persuasiveness, tact, logic and personal traits.

7,Requires strong diplomacy, conflict resolution, consensus building, and interpersonal skills to work including negotiation, teamwork, experience and strength. Achieve sales KPIs which includes but not limited to 20 sales call/week, 20 new signing/year, 15TPD actual volume of new signing/year, and other goal such as onsite.

8,Try every means including industrial park cold call, direct market channel (should response DM within 5 days), customer referral and referral from sales of other product lines and MFOs to build up a sufficient hot prospect pipeline which is critical to hitting new signing targets.

9,Send daily call report to Supervisor and Input the prospects data into CRM every day, filling necessary segment info to support company to do segment analysis.

10,Customer satisfaction and retention. Own the existing customers which are assigned by supervisor. Regular follow up with these accounts (once/month) and get customers’ feedback.

11,Work closely with other functions in the company to resolve issues of customer to enhance customer satisfaction.

12,Contract management. With the support from inside sales, proactively manage the contract renewal of the existing customers.

13,Work with cross functional teams like customer engineering and GAD team to provide value added service to customers to improve customer loyalty and enhance AP’s brand recognition in the market, Monitor and manage DSO and improve collection of accounts managed.

14,Execute PIP and ME to pass through the cost inflation so as to improve margin, through good communication, convince customer to support AP’s productivity efforts like opening 24 hours delivery window.

15,With daily account management to build good customer relationship and get new signing from customer expansion projects, Get leads and referrals from existing accounts to help grow business for both LB and other product lines and MFOs
