JOB SCOPE:
- General help tasks in AR/AP Department
- Sourcing and Procuring of Purchases on behalf of our clients
- General Assistance with administrative duties
- Project Management etc.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- AT LEAST 5 YEARS experience with general accounting or bookkeeping
- High comfort level working with variety of computer applications
- Proficiency in Xero
- Ability to multi-task and adapting to changes
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated individual who can prioritize and manage a variety of tasks and projects
MUSTS:
1) Excellent English communication skills (C1 and up)
2) Availability to work 40hrs /week on U.S. Eastern Standard Timezone
PREFERRED:
- BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
- CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in US GAAP
- Hands on experience in purchasing or procurement role/s
- Experience supporting multiple people and priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
