Job Description Summary
Job position of Continuous Process Improvement in Central Technology Department. Analyze of a performance and capability of a production process (mostly grinding, EDM and milling processes). Definition of the problems of the production process, finding solving's and implementation of the corrective actions (cooperation with other functions). Management of the parts not conform with requirements.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of a quality of production process
- Preparing and management of the technical documentation (instructions, operation cards etc.)
- Running the cause-effect analyzes
- Solving the quality/process issues
- Management of the parts affected by nonconformities
- Support of the team in day-to-day (co)operation
Required Qualifications
- Last-year student or graduate of technical profile, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or other similar faculty.
- Basic knowledge of 6 Sigma tools
- Basic knowledge of reading and understanding 2D drawings
- Good English communication
- Good knowledge and practice of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of CAD (NX) programs is a plus
