Assistant Branch Manager


 

Operations

  • Manage and maintain the overall security projects wherever required by the Management.
  • Develop local law enforcement/Government contacts to support special security operations.
  • Conduct regular security quality control checks on all special project tasks.
  • Oversee and be overall accountable for all special project operations, and quality of services, and provide training to security personnel on a regular basis.
  • To teach and implement security procedures/policies as required.
  • Enforce security SOP’s and instill discipline amongst security teams and take the appropriate action if any personnel are in violation of company policies/procedures.
  • Conduct investigations as required.
  • Maintain good relations with the local authorities and IGS clients.
  • Provide briefs to the IGS Executive Management Team as requested.
  • Oversee and implement special project contracts.

Managing

  • Develop and manage project rosters.
  • To assist in security personnel selection, operational planning and training of security personnel.
  • Debrief security personnel and draft performance records each quarter.
  • Develop and maintain healthy communications with client’s management team.
  • Maintain and report attendance records to HQ Finance department.

Marketing

  • Become familiar with IGS services and products.
  • Identify networking events that would present better access to viable clients.
  • Access information on targeted businesses and do background checks on current security services/products they may be using, identify points of contact and if the company is a viable target for IGS.
  • Identify and maintain records on IGS competitors, what services they are providing and if they are developing niche markets, and anything else that may impact on developing new business for IGS.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

  • Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
