We are seeking a motivated Unarmed Security Guards to become an integral part of our team for positions available in San Diego County .
Security guards will perform various duties and tasks as outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders.
Unarmed Security guards will be responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. Unarmed Guards will act as a visible deterrent to crime and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.
Responsibilities and Duties may include:

- Interaction with a variety of people including clients, visitors, employees, contractors and the general public.
- Be alert and watchful of any irregular situation that may be dangerous to community and residents
- Keeping track of daily activities and logging them properly in DARs
- Conduct patrols to ensure doors, gates, windows are properly secured.
- Monitoring premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas.
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Report any issues
Requirements:
- Must Possess a valid Guard Card
- Must Possess Valid Pepper Spray Permit
- Must have reliable transportation to and from all worksites, and must maintain updated contact information
- Security Uniforms with Black Shoes must be worn pressed & clean while on duty.
- Ability to sit, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Must have integrity and desire to protect and serve
- Strong attention to Details.
- Must be ok to install apps on smart phone for managing tasks and clocking/out for shifts.
- Must be punctual.
