The Outside Sales Representative's main responsibilities include working within assigned territories to meet directly with potential and current business clients; provide product and service demonstrations to both groups and individual decision makers; negotiate sales contracts and inform them of new product and service releases and updates.This position is certainly challenging but our team's culture is one of people who embrace challenge. Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new client within the assigned territories
  • Effectively present products to clients and move though defined sales cycle quickly.
  • Update CRM with new and current client information
  • Attend weekly sales meeting and trainings to continually build industry knowledge and personal development
  • Negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with new and current clients
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined to be successful in a self directed environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Health and Life Insurance Producer license (or able to obtain upon offer - license reimbursement available)
