We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptional individual to join our team as an HR Recruiting Apprentice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of talent acquisition.
You will work closely with a Global Director, Talent Management (SHRM-CP), who has experience leading a global workforce of 800+ in 7 countries and a background interviewing 5,000+ tech professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interests.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
