Job Description

These values, along with our Investment in Happiness, lead us to creating amazing customer experiences. The Vuori Refund Review Specialist is an integral part of the Customer Experience Loop. As a Vuori Refund Review Specialist, you will research Vuori Shopper’s returns and refunds, escalate any questions and/or concerns to management via e-mail or Teams, all while assuming positive intent of the customer. You will be helping the Customer Service Team when customers have questions or require information about their refund and when new return orders need to be placed. You will work with Management and train back up employees when needed.

  • Strong interest in providing an amazing customer experience
  • The primary point of contact at Otay Facility for all refunds and customer escalations
  • Desire to do the right thing, all the time
  • Research customer order and refund history
  • Create new return orders when necessary
  • Communicate with customers to seek resolution to refund related issues
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Team to resolve customer escalations
  • Provide quality feedback to leadership
  • Track return metrics to reduce defects and improve processes
  • Receiving and processing of returns
  • Quality grading and inspection of returned items
  • Willingness to take on new projects

You may be assigned additional tasks and projects in addition to the above general responsibilities


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of degree, 1 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Available for travel to HQ as needed
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Highly Skilled Communicator (orally & written)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Extremely organized and diligent
  • Strong interest in providing a great customer experience
  • Bonus points for experience with Kustomer, Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics, Teams, and Warehouse Operating System
  • Spanish speaking a huge plus

Pay Range:
$19/hr - $20/hr
