ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for dedicated candidates with a desire for internal growth and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Partner with senior management on the day-to-day tasks.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Very good Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving and decision making.
  • Proactivity and self-direction.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Partner with team members collecting and co-relating information for managing data.
  • Running errands outside the office.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and supplies.
  • Draft letters and emails to vendors or partners.
  • Work with and assist other team members within partner startups/companies.
  • Maintain vendor relationships such as the various apps and startups the company uses.
  • Work with the HR Director.
  • Partner with our remote global teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency in all common office technology and general computer savvy-ness including Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Workspace.
  • Ability to communicate and maintain confidentiality with high-profile personalities in a professional manner.
  • Effective writing skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Previous experience in the startup/tech industry is a plus.
  • An educational degree is desired, not a must.
SKILLS:
  • Self-starter attitude with an ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • A proactive thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Ability to manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and negotiate.

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE
  • Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!)
  • Experience in working virtually and with a virtual team
  • Experience in the SaaS, payments, fintech, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry.
