Internist :
Outpatient Only; No OB, Telephone Call Only; On-site Lab & Imaging,
Available Locations: Braselton and Gainesville, Georgia
Services include, but are not limited to: Routine and Preventative Health Evaluations, Immunizations, EKG & X-Ray, Work, School and Sports Physicals.
